Mt. Shasta (again)

I never get tired of taking pictures of Mt. Shasta - different angles; different elevations. This one is taken from the east side of Black Butte, on the way to geocache "Black Butte-y".

Going to Black Butte-y

This is about half way to the top of Black Butte and geocache "Black Butte-y". Looking west with Interstate 5 in the foreground.

Mt.Shasta

This is a view of Mt. Shasta near the western boundary of Lassen National Park. It was a bad air day in the Sacramento Valley, subsequently the picture is somewhat hazy. This was a seven geocache day for me, mostly in the high country.

On The Way to" Double A" Geocache

We're on our way to hide "Double A" geocache on the 4th of July weekend. From the left: my brother Henry (Brim to most of our family), my nephew Alex (1/2 of the Double A), a friend of my niece, my niece Aarin (the other half of the Double A). If you want to find this giant cache, check www.geocache.com for "Double A". The nearby ice cave can't be beat on a hot day - the kids loved it!!

The Entrance To The Ice Cave

My brother, Henry, and his daughter Aarin at the entrance to an ice cave near my new geocache called"Double A".
